Riverside Park

Located on the beautiful Pere Marquette River just south of downtown Scottville, Riverside Park is a popular destination for family camping. Comprised of approximately 30 acres of land, the popular campground and park features more than 50 camping sites and modern facilities for overnight and day use.

Scottville Optimist Park and Clown Band Shell

Maintained by the Optimist Club and famed Scottville Clown Band, Scottville Optimist Park and Clown Band Shell is a focal point within the City featuring many performances and events throughout the year.

There is currently a fundraising campaign for improvements to Optimist Park including the addition of sculptures.

McPhail Field

Donated to the City of Scottville in 1925 by Curtis W. McPhail and his wife Catherine, McPhail Field has hosted Mason County athletes for generations. McPhail, himself a businessman who resided in the area for a time, was the patriarch of a family of men who continue to work in professional baseball today.

Today, McPhail Field is still utilized by local teams and available to the public to rent. Amenities include a baseball field, soccer field, tennis courts, playground, bleachers, and restrooms. To learn more about renting the park, please review and complete the Use Application.

Brookside Cemetery

Located on both the north and south sides of US-10 just west of downtown Scottville, Brookeside is a historic cemetery managed by the City.
