Nomination Petitions For City Commission

Nominating petitions for the unfilled position of City Commissioner are now available for the Special Election that will be held on August 05, 2025. Nominating petition packets are available at the Scottville City Hall from where they must be obtained. Nominating packets will not be mailed or emailed.
Any person eligible for nomination to the position of City Commissioner so as to qualify for the Special Election on August 05, 2025 must file a nominating petition with the City Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 PM on April 07, 2025. All nominating petitions must be hand-delivered to the Scottville City Hall. The City Hall is located at 105 N. Main Street in Scottville, Michigan 49454.
Nominating petitions will be accepted for the following position:
- Unfilled City Commission Seat – Expiring November 2028
