For your convenience, we offer the option of paying both property taxes and your water and sewer bill online via our secure BS&A payment portal. Please note, a convenience fee of $2.00 (3% on totals over $50.00) will be added for payment processing.

Remember: to submit an online payment, you must be registered with BS&A Online. To learn how to register your account, sign in, and make tax or utility payments, please follow the instructions below.

Registering Your BS&A Account

  1. Visit the City of Scottville BS&A Portal
  2. Click the “Register” link under the Account Menu on the left side of the page
  3. Complete the “Create a New Account” form by selecting a user name and password, and agree to the terms
  4. Click the “Create Account” button

To sign in to your account:

  1. Visit the City of Scottville BS&A Portal
  2. Click the “Sign In” link under the Account Menu on the left side of the page
  3. Enter your user name and password
  4. If you forgot your user name and/or password, click the link for help and follow the instructions on the BS&A website

Making a Payment

Property Taxes:

  1. Visit the City of Scottville BS&A Portal
  2. Under the “Services” dropdown menu at the very top left of the page, select “Current Tax Payments”
  3. Search by Address, Name, or Parcel Number
  4. Enter your desired payment amount
  5. Enter your card information
  6. Submit payment

Water/Sewer Bill:

  1. Visit the City of Scottville BS&A Portal
  2. Under the “Services” dropdown menu at the very top left of the page, select “Utility Billing Payments”
  3. Search by Address, Name, or Parcel Number
  4. Enter your desired payment amount
  5. Enter your card information
  6. Submit payment
